First, we engineer tooling by measuring an existing set of your tools using a CMM machine. We can either do that in house, or use a portable CMM arm to measure tooling at your facility. Precise measurements allow us to guarantee the fit of the tooling we build, as we strive for no errors on every tooling delivery. Second, all our blister tooling is delivered with a detailed 100% inspection report to assure you get quality tooling. Furthermore, we can accompany the installation of our tooling to make certain everything is working satisfactorily.
