The EP-200 features equal-sized pre-compression and main compression rollers rated at 5 tons each, increasing dwell time and improving tablet density and consistency. A direct-drive turret system with high-torque reduction gearbox minimizes power loss while supporting stable compression. The reinforced steel plate frame reduces vibration during higher compression forces, which is critical in development environments.
Equipped with a touch screen MMI, turret and feeder RPM control, load cells for monitoring pre and main compression, and optional ejection force monitoring, the EP-200 provides real-time process visibility. The double paddle force feeder with AC variable frequency drive ensures uniform die filling and improved weight control.
