Scalable Output & Control

The Elizabeth ECO VII is built for manufacturers who require high-speed, large-volume tablet production with enhanced compression control. As a double-sided rotary tablet press with pre-compression capability, it is designed to support demanding pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and industrial applications where output, consistency, and durability are critical.

With up to 75 stations depending on tooling configuration and maximum output reaching 450,000 tablets per hour, the ECO VII delivers substantial production capacity within a solid cast frame construction. The larger main compression rollers increase dwell time, supporting improved tablet hardness and structural integrity at higher operating speeds. Pre-compression capability further enhances tablet quality by reducing air entrapment and improving consolidation before final compression.

The ECO VII integrates a PLC-based control system with a touch screen HMI that allows operators to monitor and adjust turret speed, feeder speed, compression parameters, and lubrication intervals. Linear position sensors display pre-compression, main compression, and fill depth settings directly on the HMI, providing real-time process visibility.

Designed for reliability in continuous production environments, the ECO VII features a three-stage paddle force feeder for uniform die filling, an auto hydraulic compression overload system for tooling protection, internal helical turret drive with high-torque reduction gearbox, and a centralized automatic lubrication system. Together, these systems provide controlled, high-output performance for facilities operating at scale.
