Elizabeth Hata’s patented 2-stage closed feeding system and our state of the art software control system is standard on all HATA presses.
The CVX Tablet Press Series features a quick-change-over from one tablet press product to another with an easy-clean design for manual wash downs. Our easy access engineering provides for quick parts removal and high visibility into the compression zone. Our portable, user-friendly tablet press kiosk provides efficient machine management. The CVX Tablet Press operates up to 100 RPM.

Closed 2-Stage Tablet Press Feeding System
HATA’s patented closed 2-stage powder compression feeding system virtually eliminates tablet weight variation. Granulation is drawn from the primary material hopper into the HATA supply hopper, then to the “closed” circulating feed shoe in two stages. Our patented tablet feeding system allows the computer to monitor and control the rate at which the powder is being fed into both the supply hopper and the feed shoe. This ensures a consistent flow of granulation with minimal density variation.
A portable, user-friendly tablet press kiosk control provides access to the HATA CVX Windows based 21 CFR Part 11 Compliant software interface. The control system is designed and manufactured at our North Huntingdon, Pennsylvania facility and comes integrated with context sensitive help messages to make press operation simple and understandable.
